Frequently Asked Questions...

How long does it take for bridal gowns to come in? Regular shipping is 4 to 5 months.  If your size and color is in stock it will take 2 weeks to arrive.  Rush delivery is available at additional cost. 

How long does it take for Bridesmaid?  Regular shipping is 3 months.  Rush delivery is available at additional cost.

How long do you reccomend I order my gown in advance?  We recommend about 9 months in advance so you have time for fittings.

Are alterations included?  No, Alterations are an extra charge.

Do you do alterations on outside gowns?  Yes, we do offer alterations on outside gowns.  Just call for an appointment.

Once my gown arrives, when should I come in?  We will call to let you know your dress is in.  Within 15 days of arrival your balance is due. 

How much of a deposit is required before ordering my dress?  A 50% deposit is required.  This is a non-refundable deposit.

Are the gowns custom made?  Measurements are taken to determine size recommended by manufacturer size chart.  Dresses and gowns are not custom to measurements.  It is ordered according to where your measurements fall.  Beautiful Bride is not liable for measurements done elsewhere.  Additional charges are incurred on gown size 18 and larger.
